Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Skills:

- Experience in the food industry and bartending
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
